Long ago, when haircuts were the rage, bikinis were illegal and the Chrysler Cordoba ruled the road, my good friend and occasional collaborator Howard Korder and I sold an idea to Universal and then five years later to HBO Pictures and then two years later to HBO a series titled "The Institute".

A paranoid fantasy of an underground world gone mad, "The Institute" was never shot. Ahead of it's time?
